The Foundation needs 10 volunteers for each of two 3 1/2 hours shifts on Thursday, June 28, and Friday, June 29.
Shift one: 9:00 am-12:30 pm
Shift two: 12:30 pm-4:00 pm
We will be clearing a space for a butterfly garden, preparing existing beds and space, installing six raised beds (one for each grade), planting seeds and vegetable plants, and laying mulch. No gardening experience or expertise is needed, we just need volunteers to show up (with wheelbarrows if you have them) and help where needed.

If you have able-bodied teenagers looking for community service hours, this is a perfect opportunity for them as well. Since the playground is under construction, for safety’s sake, please do not bring children under 12 to the worksite.
